Tech industry sets its sights on gambling
To clear it up I emailed the Michigan Lottery and their response was Whether a retailer will allow a Lottery purchase with a debit or credit card is up to that individual retailer.

What is your experience??
All states have lottery websites that explain the procedures for cashing winning tickets. Here in Ohio we can cash any winning ticket up to $600 at any lottery retailer. Winning tickets will a value of $600 to $5,000 can be cashed at a state approved bank usually within 20 miles after being verified by a local retailer and those above $5,000 has to be taken to a regional lottery office which is usually within 80 miles.

Post your scratch ticket results
FYI, I just spoke with the Florida Lottery and was told that selling tickets in order is at the discretion of the retailer. There is no policy requiring a retailer to sell tickets in numerical order.

Have self-serve lottery machines, but can't pay out any tickets? (Rite-Aid in Ohio)
These are the rules for cashing in your tickets posted on the Ohio Lottery website: If you win up to $599, proceed to any retailer location for immediate payment of your prize. If you win between $600 and $5,000, take your winning ticket to a retailer location, where you will receive a Pay to Bearer ticket. At this point, you have two options: Obtain a claim form from the agent retailer, or download one. Follow the instructions carefully. Your retailer will have a list of bank-cashing loca

Then the retailer started telling he that he was getting alot of qp with triples 111 000 555 and Double 055. She was holding the number folks. She nasty down right dirty. I was sounding the alert for them too.

NY Scratch-off Discussion

Toronto janitor claims share of $50M lottery jackpot
Great story! But I would never have to give my ticket to a retailer to see how much I'd won. The only time a retailer see's or touches my tickets are when they sell them to me, just sayin'.

Do not get burned by this service station!
I did it again, except I waited too late to edit my post. The save changes button was pressed past the 20 minute mark, but I began typing before the 20 minute limit was up. The 20 minutes in my opinion should begin once the edit button has been pressed, that should be taken into consideration. I wish that when you had to press the back button that it would at least allow you to go back to where you were, so you could cut and paste the information into another file, or re-post it as a new post in

It sounds to me like you are a very dirty retailer yourself, taking up for this guy, instead of telling me how to get his license revoked, For all I know, you might be this retailer.
