Do you believe every combination has the same probability?

So you wouldn't go to the casino. Thank You, but you are okay with the lotteries doing this?

That confirms everything, you need help.

BTW, I wouldn't go to a restaurant that didn't serve food. This analogy sucked.

P.S. Your last statement is proof that you don't read my posts. Show me one place that I wrote I wanted the test results published. I never asked for them, although that would be nice. But they'd have to publish them well in advance of the next drawing.

"but you are okay with the lotteries doing this?"

You accused me of not reading your posts by proving you didn't read my post???

Let me refresh your memory "IMO the real problem and I'm assuming your complaint is the recording and publishing test drawing results especially after the official drawing." IMO means "in my opinion" and surely you know what "assume" means. They don't record and publish test results in my state so it's not an issue.

"So you wouldn't go to the casino."

Nope first I said ""When are you finally going to understand that casinos DO NOT "implement the same rules as lotteries"? and then I said ""people go to casinos to gamble so your imaginary casino would probably be empty. People can't gamble in your IMAGINARY CASINO so nobody would go there to gamble. Please don't say that's difficult to understand it's not the same as going to EAT at restaurant that doesn't server FOOD.

"That confirms everything"

You're worse at trying to prove your point than Lucky Loser!

First you ask if I would go to your imaginary casino, but before I can answer, more insults. If didn't like the way any lottery runs their games, I wouldn't play.

Educate myself? You can't even answer a simple question. Your comprehension is greatly lacking.

I don't give a crap what rules they have in place in those casinos to make sure the machines are working properly, my question AGAIN.............................

IF THE CASINOS IMPLEMENTED THE EXACT SAME PROCEDURES SUCH AS 5 PRE TESTS BEFORE EACH DEAL OF THE CARDS, BEFORE EVERY SPIN OF THE WHEEL, BEFORE EACH PULL OF THE HANDLE AS THE LOTTERIES DO, WOULD YOU STILL GO THERE?

It's a yes or no answer. Stack47 answered, the round about way, but basically he said no. You can do it, yes or no?

Are you kidding, Coin Toss will never agree with me.

Yes NodSee Ya!Finally, a breath of fresh air!  I've sat and chatted with dozens of people online about this very thing...Advantage Players. There's something very seriously addictive about finding your own edge that works. Not sure if you saw it but, the following article came out just about three months ago and is an excellent read.

        http://www.nytimes.com/2016/07/03/magazine/how-advantage-players-game-the-casinos.html

With enough diligence, dedication, and proper understanding of how probability actually works, a player can become a threat to any casinoSmash. Small lottery games are no different. Cool Glad to see something like that posted! Thumbs Up

Small games, frequent wins, and regular payouts 'cause.....

There are seven days in the week...'Someday' isn't one of them.

You don't realize the answer was in the link from the Gaming Board, all you did was prove you didn't read it.

STICK TO WHAT YOU KNOW, WHATEVER THAT IS.

It figures you can't answer a simple question. Pathetic !

I'm done with you. You already proved to me you need help. Anyone who wouldn't go to a casino with those stipulations, yet is perfectly okay with lotteries doing it, needs mental evaluation. Please stop with your nonsense, everyone sees right thru your hypocrisy.

Don't let me get in the way of your constant whining.

And hopefully you won't let your paranoia prevent you from playing lottery games. Do you still believe the "men in black" or whomever is watching you and making sure the numbers you're playing won't be drawn?

I'm not the one with the problem.

Proved it many times, but you're inability to grasp it makes it hopeless. I'm done.

According to your NY Times article it's not done by using devices.

If you use a device to get information that other people do not have access to, it’s cheating in the state of Nevada” — and most other states as well. That is usually illegal, the sort of thing that can result in jail time."

Card Counting been around even before Edward O. Thorp wrote his book, Beat the Dealer and Casinos started taking measures to prevent losses the day before. There are probably as many books on "how to beat the casinos" as there are "how to beat the lottery". Even the subject of article, James Grosjean has a book Beyond Counting.

"Small lottery games are no different."

But you and others keep on saying that testing "disrupts the natural flow" of random or some other goofy stuff that belongs in the Mystical Forum. Is that preventing you from being "a threat to any lotteries"?

After questions were asked and answered, members moved on. There was no follow up childish name calling; just explanations of why they believed what they said was fact.
